He tries (but often fails) to write with clarity and precision, to bring out relevant links between Wikipedia articles, and to help Wikipedia by adding numerous stubs where they seem needed, in the hope that the wonderful wonderful wiki process will result in fuller articles being created.
This is a fairly new account - I have been using Wikipedia without logging in for some months. Most of my older edits will be found under user_talk:22.214.171.124 (although note that this IP is a proxy server shared between thousands of people, so I can only take the credit for a small proportion of those edits).
This article is a stub. I will come back to expand it later. In the meantime, if you think you can do better, why not have a go yourself?
